Physician - Emergency Medicine

Job Details:

• Emergency Medicine Physician position requiring Florida license at time of presentation
  
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
  
• Minimum 6+ months of experience required; previous HCA and Expanse EMR experience preferred
  
• Typically 10-hour shifts with both AM and PM coverage needed (no exclusive day shifts)
  
• Staffing model consists of 3-4 Physicians and 3 APPs with normal ER support staff
  
• Facility has 33 ER bays with a patient volume of 1.8-2.0 patients per hour
  
• No pediatric patients (dedicated pediatric unit on site)
  
• Non-trauma center with an ED admission rate of 26-30%
  
• Emergency privileges available
  
• 5 positions available
