LOCUM EMERGENCY MEDICINE PHYSICIAN

MOSES LAKE, WASHINGTON

$300/hr, plus travel and lodging

NIGHT/DAY-SHIFT OPPORTUNITY | NOVEMBER–DECEMBER and ongoing

• Location: Moses Lake, WA
  

• Closest major city: Spokane, approximately 105 miles / 1 hour 45 minutes by car

• Airport: Spokane International Airport

• Coverage need: 10+ shifts per month, Expedited credentialing available if able to pick up shifts in November

• Shift preference: Days, Nights, Swing all available. Prefer a provider who is comfortable picking up nights

• Shift length: 12 hours

• Night shift: 7 PM–7 AM

• Day shift: 7 AM–7 PM

• Swing shift: 10 AM–10 PM
  

FACILITY & EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT

• 52-bed hospital with a 17-bed Emergency Department

• Approximately 24,000 annual ED visits

• Average volume: 2 patients per hour

• Level III trauma designation

• Epic EHR

• Pediatric emergency care available

• Fast-track services

• APP coverage available; physician supervision required
  

• 12 licensed ICU beds

PHYSICIAN REQUIREMENTS

• MD/DO

• Active Washington medical license required; pending licenses not accepted

• Emergency Medicine residency trained

• ABEM/AOBEM board certified or board eligible

• Current ATLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications

CREDENTIALING

• Temporary privileges: Available per current need details

• Estimated start: Approximately 2 weeks, subject to application processing and approval
  

• Weekday, onsite orientation required
