- Coverage Type: Outpatient / ED / Urgent Care Shift Coverage
- Credentialing Timeline: 90 Days
Shift Details & Immediate Openings
- Day Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM):
- October 2026: 10/24, 10/26
- November 2026: 11/2, 11/3, 11/7, 11/9–11/11, 11/16, 11/17, 11/20, 11/21, 11/27
- December 2026: 12/2, 12/9, 12/10, 12/13–12/16
- Night Shifts (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM):
- November 2026: 11/14, 11/15
Requirements
- Licensure: Active Wisconsin (WI) license or IMLC compact state qualification
- Certifications: Board Certified (BC), ACLS, ATLS
Clinical Practice & Operations
- Patient Volume: 40–60 patients per 24-hour period (ED/Urgent Care setting)
- Shift Staffing: Single-physician coverage on Days/PMs supported by 2 Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs)
- On-Site Specialists & Support: General Surgery, Orthopedics, collaborative Hospitalist team
- Specialized Services: Telestroke, Tele-ICU, and an on-site UW helicopter for medical transport
- EMR: Epic
