Schedule: Flexible; 20+ shifts/month currently open
Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours only, no call
Coverage Model: Mostly single physician coverage with some shift overlap
Volume: Approximately 17-23 patients/shift
Admission Rate: Approximately 20%
Setting: Emergency Department
Department: 15 beds
Support: 2-4 RNs + 2 APPs
Trauma Designation: Level IV
EMR: Epic
Credentialing: Approximately 60-90 days

Clinical Details
Full-scope Emergency Medicine
Adult and pediatric emergency care
Newborn deliveries may present through the ED
24/7 anesthesia, general surgery, laboratory, orthopedics, and radiology support
Potential coverage opportunities at nearby critical access hospitals
Requirements
Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
WI license, IMLC, or Act 10 expedited pathway
ACLS
ATLS
BLS
PALS
Active DEA
