Full time
Position Highlights
* Join a well-established, physician-owned Emergency Medicine group with more than 30 years of service to the community.
* Practice within a 100% democratic group offering a clear partnership track.
* Work 16 eight-hour shifts per month, with the current schedule consisting primarily of day shifts and minimal night coverage.
* Dedicated nocturnist team provides overnight support.
* Provide care at two busy, Level II Trauma Centers with annual volumes of approximately 65,000 and 45,000 visits.
* Work alongside experienced Emergency Medicine physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants in a collaborative environment.
* Full partnership opportunity beginning in Year 3 with strong physician autonomy and leadership.
Compensation & Benefits
* $325,000 guaranteed salary in Year 1.
* $350,000 guaranteed salary in Year 2.
* Partnership beginning in Year 3 with average physician compensation of approximately $450,000.
* $50,000 sign-on bonus.
* $50,000 starting incentive.
* Up to $14,000 relocation assistance.
* Comprehensive benefits package.
* Malpractice insurance fully paid by the group.
Qualifications
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine.
* Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted Georgia medical license.
* Emergency Medicine residency training required.
* Strong clinical decision-making skills with a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered emergency care.
