Position Highlights:
Practice at a 468-bed hospital with a 51-bed Emergency Department
Approximately 70,000 annual Emergency Department visits
Medium-to-high acuity patient population
Dedicated 14-bed observation unit
Fast-track area available
Double physician coverage model
Strong specialist support across virtually every major service line
Cerner EMR
Nocturnists encouraged to apply
Collaborative, physician-supported practice environment
Schedule:
72-74 hours of physician coverage daily on weekdays
65 hours of physician coverage daily on weekends
Approximately 3 night shifts per month
Approximately 2-3 weekends per month
Multiple shift options offering scheduling flexibility and work-life balance
Qualifications:
MD or DO
ABEM or AOBEM Board Certified or Board Eligible
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered Emergency Medicine
Strong clinical and collaborative skills
Compensation & Benefits:
$150,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates
