Emergency Medicine Physician Opportunity
* Located in Zanesville, OH - Columbus 55m
* Full-time, permanent position
Position Overview
* Full-time Emergency Medicine opportunity
* Join an established team of 26 Emergency Medicine physicians and 20 Advanced Practice Providers
* 12-hour shifts
* Additional hourly incentive for working more than 135 hours per month
* Hospital-employed position with a self-governing practice model
* Established and stable Emergency Department group
Qualifications
* ABEM/AOBEM Board Certified or Board Eligible
* Emergency Medicine residency trained
* ACLS certification required
* ATLS certification required
* PALS certification required
* Strong collaborative and patient-centered approach
Practice Highlights
* Approximately 70,000 Emergency Department visits annually
* 25% admission rate
* 24-hour physician coverage
* 12–24 hours of APP coverage
* 24/7 Hospitalist and Intensivist coverage
* Full specialty backup
* CT scanner located within the Emergency Department
* Level III Trauma Center
* Certified Stroke Center
* CHF, Atrial Fibrillation, and Chest Pain Center certifications
