Located in Pullman, WA; Base salary: $396,000

Full-time; Permanent position
Overview
1.0 FTE, health system-employed with an award-winning critical access hospital
Schedule: approximately 80% days / 20% nights
Board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine
Rural emergency medicine experience preferred; new graduates will be considered
Physician leadership and teaching opportunities are available for those interested in expanding their role beyond clinical practice
Benefits
Base salary: $396,000
Commitment incentive: 10% of base
Retention incentive: $100,000 over five years
Relocation stipend: $10,000
CME allowance: $7,000
