Coverage Need: 1.5–2 full-time equivalent positions

Board Certification: ABEM Board-Certified or Board-Eligible

Completion of an Emergency Medicine residency

Active, unrestricted Virginia medical license

Active DEA registration with a Virginia address, including Schedules II, IIN, III, IIIN, IV, and V
-
Current-year influenza vaccination
-
Two years of case logs
-
Two years of CME documentation
-
Completion of the required sedation quiz
Physicians who are not board-certified in Emergency Medicine must have:

Current ACLS certification
-
Current PALS certification
-
Prior ATLS experience

Per Claim: $2,750,000
