Job description
Emergency Medicine Physician
Location: Missouri
Schedule: 12 hour shifts with day and night coverage
Setting: Critical access hospital emergency department
Position Overview
Provide emergency medicine coverage in a critical access hospital emergency department
Evaluate and treat patients across a broad range of acuity levels
Document care in the facility electronic medical record
Required Qualifications
MD or DO with emergency medicine experience
Active Missouri license, DEA, and board certification required prior to presentation as outlined in the order requirements
Current ACLS certification required
Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify
Credentialing and Onboarding
Credentialing timeline varies by site and provider file completeness
