Schedule: Minimum availability of 3 shifts per month; Monday - Thursday shift options include 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM, and 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM; Friday - Sunday shift options include 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM, and 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Position Overview
Provide emergency medicine physician coverage in a Level III emergency department.
Clinical Scope Highlights
Annual volume: 33,500
Emergency department beds: 20
Trauma designation: Level III
EMR: Meditech
No call requirement
Required Qualifications
Board Certified ABEM or ABOEM (alternative boards not accepted)
Emergency Medicine residency trained
Active Arkansas medical license
ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications
Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
Credentialing / Onboarding Items
Privileging timeframe: approximately 120 days
Onboarding requires a complete file including application, references, active license/DEA, required certifications, and additional items as requested during credentialing
