Standard solo Emergency Room coverage for 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)Annual patient volume of 32,000 with daily patient volume of 90-100 patients
Physicians typically see 18-20 patients per 12-hour shift
Coverage structure includes 1 physician with 2 mid-level split coverage
22 beds in the Emergency Department
Open ICU setting
EMR system: Meditech 6.1
Board certification required
Provider must be NC Medicaid credentialed and enrolled in PECOS
24-hour support services available include anesthesia, general surgery, orthopedic surgery, and radiology
Labor and delivery department on site
Housing provided in hospital-owned apartments
Travel costs capped at $500.00
