Job Details:
Standard solo Emergency Room coverage for 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)Annual patient volume of 32,000 with daily patient volume of 90-100 patients
Physicians typically see 18-20 patients per 12-hour shift
Emergency department consists of 22 beds
1 physician with 2 mid-level split coverage model
Open ICU facility
EMR system: Meditech 6.1
24-hour support services available including Anesthesia, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, and Radiology
Provider must be NC Medicaid credentialed and enrolled in PECOS
Board certification required
Housing provided in hospital-owned apartments
Travel costs capped at $500.00
