- Specialty: Emergency Medicine
- Shift Date: November 27, 2026 & 12/26/2026
- Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-Hour Day Shift)
- Coverage Type: On-Site Emergency Room Coverage (Clinic / Facility Only)
- Lodging: Provided in hospital-owned apartments
Clinical Scope & Operations
- Coverage Model: Standard solo ER coverage with 2 mid-level providers (APPs) providing split coverage
- Hospital Setting: Open ICU
- Patient Volume:
- Facility Annual Volume: 32,000 patients
- Facility Daily Volume: 90–100 patients total
- Physician Expectation: ~18–20 patients per 12-hour shift
Mandatory Requirements & Credentials
- Board Certification: Board Certified (BC)
- Licensure: Active North Carolina (NC) license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
- Regulatory / Enrollment Requirements (Strict Mandate): Must be actively credentialed in NC Medicaid AND registered in PECOS
- EMR System: MEDITECH 6.1
- Credentialing Timeline: 14 Days (Fast-Track / Expedited Credentialing)
