10% EMS arrivals | 7% admission rate | 3% transfer rate
Physician Shifts:
-
6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
-
6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
-
Active, unrestricted Alabama medical license
-
DEA and CDS with Alabama address
-
BC in Emergency Medicine preferred
-
BC in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine accepted
-
Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department experience
-
ACLS, PALS, and ATLS required
-
Case logs from the past 2 years
-
CME documentation from the past 2 years
-
Estimated credentialing timeline: 90 days

Providers should be prepared to submit complete credentialing documentation and immunization records.

Consistent 12-hour shift structure

Strong NP/PA support throughout the day and night

Established emergency department with manageable annual volume
