Cardiac Critical Care Intensivist opening in Bridgeport, CT Full-Time | Cardiac Critical Care | Cardiothoracic Surgery Patients A growing cardiovascular critical care program in Bridgeport, Connecticut is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Critical Care Intensivist with experience caring for cardiothoracic surgery patients. • Heart and vascular program performs more than 1,500 surgeries annually
• Perform chest tube placement
• Perform bronchoscopy

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Critical Care Medicine
• Experience in Cardiac Critical Care required
• Experience caring for pre- and post-cardiac surgery patients required
• Ability to place chest tubes
• Ability to perform bronchoscopy
• Connecticut medical license or eligibility
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing medically complex cardiovascular ICU patients
• Strong communication, collaboration, and multidisciplinary care skills
