- Work Dates Needed: Ongoing, Must work nights
- Preferred Schedule: 0600 – 1400, 1000-1900, 1400 – 2300, 2200- 0600.
- Worksite Setting: Inpatient, 45,000 Annual Volume, 53 ED Beds, 207 Hospital beds.
- Scope of Work: Emergency Medicine, 120 patients per day, 24.6% Admitted patients.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active MD License, ABEM & AOBEM, ABIM and ABFM accepted with evidence (logs) of ER experience, ACLS and BLS required (regardless of boarding), Doesn’t have to be AHA.
- EMR: Epic.
- Must have a Current and Signed CV.
- Driver's License will be notarized (Cred Dept. can help with this).
- 4 Peer References required.
- Vaccination requirements: QuantiFERON Gold, MMR, Varicella, Hep B, Tdap, Flu, COVID, N-95 mask fit test.
- No run codes on floor
- Clinicians provide both Emergency Medicine and Hospital Medicine services at this site. This integrated model supports teamwork across service lines.
