- Work Dates Needed: Ongoing, Est Start date:10/1/2026.
- Preferred Schedule: Shift lengths: (8, 10, 12) --- 8 hours Admin VS 9-12 hours (varies) clinical120 hours/month (33 admin, 87 clinical).
- Worksite Setting: ER
- Scope of Work: Emergency Medicine.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: ABEM/AOBEM. Active FL license (in hand), FLDEA (in hand). No IMLC. Hospital will not wait on provider to obtain license. Clean Malp/background file. Immediate/Ongoing Availability. Minimum 3 yrs prior EM leadership experience required. Case logs required for the last 2yrs for procedures including intubations, central lines, and other applicable emergency procedures.
