This healthcare facility is a community-based medical center serving the southern Alabama region. The facility features a 10-bed emergency department with a Level 3 trauma designation and access to key support services including anesthesia, general surgery, orthopedic surgery, radiology, and laboratory services available 24 hours a day.Opportunity:
Physician (MD) - Emergency MedicineJob Details:
- Provide emergency medicine services with 25 patient encounters per shift
- Shifts run 7p to 7a on a locum tenens basis
- Must hold an active Alabama medical license
- Active ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications required
- Estimated credentialing timeframe of approximately 2 days
- Level 3 trauma facility
- 24-hour support services on-site including anesthesia, general surgery, orthopedic surgery, radiology, and laboratory
- L&D department available on-site
Compensation:
