A strong long-term locum opportunity is available for an Emergency Medicine Physician at a busy community emergency department in Conway, Arkansas. This assignment offers flexible shift options, strong specialty support, no call, and consistent ongoing coverage.

• Start: August 2026

• Length: 12 months

• Minimum availability: 3 shifts/month

• Compensation: $400/hour

• All-inclusive rate cap: $425/hour, including travel and lodging

• No call requirement

• 33,500 annual ED visits

• Approximately 91 patients/day

• 20-bed ED

• Meditech EMR

Multiple shift options are available:

Monday–Thursday

• 6:00 AM–3:00 PM

• 12:00 PM–9:00 PM

• 3:00 PM–12:00 AM

• 9:00 PM–6:00 AM

Friday–Sunday

• 6:00 AM–6:00 PM

• 12:00 PM–12:00 AM

• 6:00 PM–6:00 AM

• Level III Trauma Center

• 20 ED beds

• 12 ICU beds

• 20.1% admission rate

• 16.9% EMS

• Physician coverage: 36 hours/day

• NP/PA coverage: 20 hours/day

• Full specialty backup

• No call

• ABEM or ABOEM Board Certified

• Emergency Medicine residency trained

• Active Arkansas medical license

• Arkansas DEA

• ACLS, PALS & ATLS

• Alternative boards are not accepted; ABPS is not accepted

• Approximately 120-day privileging timeframe

• No expedited privileges available
