Locums – Portage, Wisconsin, Emergency Medicine Opening (IMLC Accepted)
Clinical Role
- Initial coverage needed November 25-27, 2026
- Ongoing coverage needs anticipated in 2027
- Emergency Department/Urgent Care setting
- Approximately 20 patients per shift
- Approximately 40-60 patients seen across the ED/UC in a 24-hour period
- Level IV Trauma Center
Schedule & Coverage
- Day shift: 6:00 am-6:30 pm
- November 25-27, 2026
Support & Systems
- 2 APCs provide coverage alongside a physician during day through evening hours
- General Surgery and Orthopedic support
- Collaborative Hospitalist team
- Telestroke and Tele-ICU support
- Helicopter transport available on site
- Epic EMR
Requirements & Credentialing
- Board Certified in Emergency Medicine required
- Active Wisconsin license required
- IMLC accepted
- ACLS and ATLS required
