Setting: Level III Trauma Center
Volume: 55,000 annual visits
Facility: 23 ED beds + 8 Fast Track beds
Clinical Hours: 48-72 hours/month
Leadership Focus: Operations, quality, and process improvement
Support: 13 physicians and 9 APPs
EMR: Epic
Compensation: $420K-$484K+ package
