Job Details:
Nights only position with 7 PM shift changeCandidates must be BC/BE via the American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM) or American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine (AOBEM); ABPS EM boarded candidates are welcome
ATLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Emergency department projecting 8,500 anticipated visits in year one, approximately 23 visits per day
24 hours of physician coverage with shift changes at 7 AM and 7 PM
Fully equipped trauma bay available
Separate adult and pediatric waiting areas
11 private treatment rooms
Ambulance bay for EMS access
Patients requiring inpatient admission will be transported to the main campus with seamless care handoff to intensivists, hospitalists, and specialists
