Position Overview
Delphi Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Emergency Medicine Physician for a long-term nocturnist locum assignment at Corry Memorial Hospital in Corry, Pennsylvania. This opportunity offers a consistent year-long schedule in a community-focused emergency department with manageable patient volumes and strong specialty support.

Schedule & Coverage
- 12-hour nocturnist shifts
- 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- 3 to 4 shifts per week
- Year-long assignment
- Ongoing, consistent coverage needs
Practice Setting
- Community hospital emergency department
- Average annual night-shift volume of approximately 3,500 patients per provider
- Independent physician coverage overnight
- No APP coverage during night shifts
- Cardiology support available when needed
Clinical Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage a broad spectrum of emergency department presentations
- Provide comprehensive emergency medical care during overnight hours
- Stabilize and treat acute and emergent conditions
- Coordinate care and admissions as appropriate
- Manage rare obstetric emergencies, including emergency deliveries if necessary, as no OB services are available onsite
Technology
- Current EMR: Evident/CPSI
- Transitioning to Meditech Expanse
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (or applicable emergency medicine experience)
- Active Pennsylvania medical license required
- Strong emergency department experience
- Comfort practicing independently in a community hospital setting
