Build an Emergency Medicine Residency Program from the Ground Up
HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital, in partnership with the University of Central Florida College of Medicine, is seeking an Emergency Medicine Program Director to lead the development of a new Emergency Medicine Residency Program anticipated to launch in 2028.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an Emergency Medicine physician with residency leadership experience who is excited about education, mentorship, and program building.

Qualified Candidates
- Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
- Minimum 3 years of experience as:
- Core Faculty
- Associate Program Director
- Residency Leadership Role
- Demonstrated educational and administrative leadership
- Active scholarly activity and academic involvement
- Passion for resident education and mentorship

Qualifications
