Physician - Emergency Medicine

Job Details:

• Seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians (ABEM/AOBEM)
  
• Board Certified in Family Medicine with 4 years of Emergency Medicine experience and/or an Emergency Medicine Fellowship will also be considered
  
• Must possess ATLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications at time of submittal
  
• Facility projects 15,000 anticipated emergency visits in year one, approximately 42 visits per day
  
• 24-hour physician coverage required
  
• 11 emergency room bays including a fully equipped trauma bay
  
• All private treatment rooms within a 10,000 square foot facility
  
• State of the art imaging available including CT, Ultrasound, and Radiology
  
• Ambulance bay available for EMS access
  
• Patients requiring inpatient admission will be transported to the main campus with seamless care handoff to intensivists, hospitalists, and specialists
  
• Must be willing to work at all associated freestanding emergency departments

As a freestanding emergency department, it operates with full integration to a main hospital campus, ensuring patients receive seamless transitions of care when inpatient services are required.
