Job Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine
• At least 1 year of emergency medicine experience preferred
• Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians with emergency medicine experience may be considered
• Current ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications required
• Comfort managing higher-acuity emergency cases and performing standard ER procedures
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care to a broad range of patients, including higher-acuity Level 4 and Level 5 cases
• Perform standard emergency department procedures as needed
• Evaluate, stabilize, and manage patients presenting with urgent and emergent conditions
• Support care for critically ill patients, including intubations and central lines when indicated
• Work efficiently in a busy emergency department with an average census of 81 patients
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical support staff to ensure timely, high-quality patient treatment
