We are partnering with a highly respected, fully integrated healthcare system in New York that is seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Site Director to join its growing team. Located approximately 60 miles north of NYC, this opportunity offers an exciting combination of clinical leadership, operational influence, and an exceptional quality of life in a desirable coastal community.
This is an opportunity to step into a well-supported leadership role within a modern, high-acuity emergency department, with the resources and specialty support needed to succeed. The Site Director will work closely with hospital and physician leadership to help drive clinical excellence, patient flow, provider engagement, and continued growth of the department.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine physician (MD/DO) with at least five years of Medical Director or Associate Medical Director experience who is ready to take the next step in their leadership career.
