Start Date: October 1, 2026, or ASAP
Assignment: Ongoing until permanent coverage is secured
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Schedule: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM or 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
Call: No Call
Work Environment: Emergency Department / Freestanding ER
EMR: Epic
Trauma Level: No Trauma

Opportunity Highlights

• Ongoing Emergency Medicine coverage with potential for temporary privileges for qualified providers able to start in October or November
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Coverage at the main hospital or nearby freestanding ER
• No overnight call
• Epic experience is required
• Hospital modules and Epic personalization support available
• Local and out-of-area candidates may be considered

Urgent Coverage Dates

• October 1: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
• October 3: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
• October 4 & 29: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
• November 6, 7 & 9
• November 12, 13 & 17
• November 20–22
• November 25–29

Requirements

• Emergency Medicine Physician
• Board Certified / Board Eligible per requirements
• Fellowship required
• Prior Epic experience required – no exceptions
• South Carolina licensure requirements must be met
• Telehealth experience not required
• Academic Medical Center experience not required
