Position Overview
VEA Health is seeking a full-time Emergency Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join the growing Emergency Department at DeTar Hospital Navarro in Victoria, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a respected regional hospital offering trauma capabilities, strong multi-specialty support, and a collaborative team environment.

Level III Trauma Center

Full-time schedule: 120 hours per month

12-hour shifts:

Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Qualifications
-
MD or DO
-
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Emergency Medicine
-
ABEM certification preferred
-
Prior post-residency Emergency Department experience preferred

Current ACLS and PALS certifications required
-
ATLS not required for ABEM-certified physicians
-
12 months of Emergency Medicine case logs required
- Spanish fluency preferred
