- 24 hours physician coverage; 12-hour shifts
- Certifications: TX license, DEA, BC ABEM, ABIM or ABFM, ATLS, ACLS, PALS
- Doctors Hospital of Laredo (Main ED)
- Annual ED volume: 24,500 visits
- Level III Trauma Center; 13-bed ED (8 regular, 2 negative-pressure, 2 trauma, 1 cardiac)
- Specialty support: Cath Lab, CT, ICU, MRI, PT, Behavioral/Psych, OB/GYN, Neurosurgery, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Urology, Trauma
- Complex pediatric transfers to Corpus Christi or San Antonio
- EMR: Cerner
- Doctors Hospital of Laredo Emergency Room South
- Annual volume: 26,000 patient visits
- Freestanding ED; 14 beds
- Resources: 24-hour lab, radiology, CT
- EMR: Cerner
- Doctors Hospital of Laredo Emergency Room Saunders
- Annual ED volume: 26,000 visits
- Freestanding ED; 9-bed ED with 5 sub-waiting spaces
- Radiology: X-ray, CT, Ultrasound

- ER Wright Ranch
- Annual volume: 9,000 patient visits
- Freestanding ED; 9 exam rooms and 1 trauma room
- Diagnostics: Laboratory, X-ray, CT, Ultrasound
