Provider Specialty: Physician - Emergency Medicine

Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient
Contract: September 2026 - ongoing
Job Details:
- Seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians to provide ongoing locums coverage at facility in Louisiana starting September 2026.
- ABEM required
- Schedule Requirements: 12 hr shifts
- Looking to fill approximately 10-20 shifts per month
Facility Details:
- Annual Volume: 42,000
- 35 beds on main campus with dedicated fast track and specialty treatment area for mental health, peds, and trauma
- Physician coverage = 59 hrs per day average
- APP coverage = 36 hrs per day average
- Experienced support staff of APPs, RNs, and scribes
- EMR is EPIC
- Credentialing timeline: 60 days
- Can be faster with a clean file
Required Qualifications
- Board certified Physician in Emergency Medicine - REQUIRED
- Active LA License - REQUIRED
