ELITE EM TRAVEL PROVIDER:
- ABEM /AOBEM Board Certification preferred
(may make exception for strong experienced provider) - Minimum 8-10 shifts/month availability (90-120 hours monthly)
- Must be open to work both DAY & NIGHT Shifts
- Dependent on location, shifts will be 10 to 12 hours
- Minimum of 90 hours worked per month
- Will be credentialed at Main Facility & all FSEDs
- Will receive Preferred Scheduling, up to 90-days in advance
- Will receive Block Scheduling
- Provider needs to be a TEAM PLAYER and understand they will be placed where the open EM needs are
