Job Details:
Provide emergency medicine coverage at regional hospitals in the Northwoods of WisconsinMostly single coverage with some shift overlap
Double coverage available with two APCs
Admission rate is approximately 20%
Over 20 shifts per month available with flexible scheduling for locum providers
Patient encounters per shift range from 17 to 23
Two smaller critical access hospitals located within thirty minutes
Board certification required with minimum certification level of Certified
Required certifications include ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS
Trauma Level 4 facility
24-hour support services available include Anesthesia, General Surgery, Laboratory, OR Response Time, Orthopedic Surgery, and Radiology
Local and Midwest-based providers strongly preferred
