Excellent Emergency Medicine opportunity available at two hospital locations in Western Missouri. These positions offer a predictable 12-hour shift model, APP support, moderate patient volume, and the opportunity to practice in a Level III Trauma environment.
We are seeking Emergency Medicine physicians or Family Medicine physicians with Emergency Department experience who are comfortable managing a broad range of acute and emergent conditions. Both locations utilize Epic EMR and offer 24 hours of physician coverage with additional APP support.
Hourly Pay: $225/hour
Location: Western Missouri – Two Locations Available
Schedule: 12-hour shifts
Annual ED Volume: Approximately 18,000 per location
Setting: Hospital Emergency Department
Job Responsibilities
Physicians will collaborate closely with APPs, nurses, and other hospital team members to provide efficient, high-quality emergency care. Additional responsibilities include responding to hospital floor codes and maintaining accurate, timely documentation in Epic.
Qualifications
ABFM Board Certified/Board Eligible with Emergency Medicine experience
Alternative boards, including ABPS, may be considered with successful completion of an Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine residency
Current or eligible Missouri medical license
Emergency Department experience appropriate for a Level III Trauma setting
ACLS
