SITE 2
- Annual Patient Volume: 22,000
- Hospital Beds: 60
- ED Beds: 17
- Patient Volume: 1.7 patients/hour
- Trauma Level: None
- EM Experience: 1–3 years
- FM/IM Providers: Not accepted
- Supervision: APC
- Board Certification: ABEM/AOBEM
- Required Procedures: Not specified
SITE 3
- Annual Patient Volume: 26,000

- Patient Volume: 2 patients/hour

REQUIREMENTS
- Active medical license required
- ABEM/AOBEM Board Certification accepted
- If not Board Certified, 5 years of eligibility as defined by the facility
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS required
- 1–3 years of Emergency Medicine experience
