Emergency medicine is demanding—and the right environment makes it sustainable. At USACS, we design care teams that are fully supported, appropriately staffed, and structured so Physicians can focus on patient care without unnecessary administrative burden. We’re adding an Emergency Medicine Physician to our team at Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster, Ohio.
You’ll work in a well-supported Emergency Department with strong specialty backup and access to telemedicine and consult services. The team structure supports efficient patient flow and consistent, high-quality care across shifts.
About the facility:
Fairfield Medical Center is a 222-bed, non-profit hospital offering a full range of services including cardiology, oncology, neurology, orthopedics, and women’s health. River Valley Campus is a 12-bed emergency department with a separate dedicated squad entrance and trauma bay.
