Emergency Medicine opening in Carrollton, GA ### The Opportunity Join a 24-physician private practice Emergency Medicine group with 30+ years of service to the community. Work across two Level II Trauma facilities — Carrollton ED (40 beds) and Villa Rica ED (36 beds) — in a 100% democratic group with a clear path to full partnership. ### Compensation
- Year 1: $325,000 salary
- Year 2: $350,000 salary
- Year 3+: Partnership — average $450,000
- $50,000 sign-on bonus + $50,000 starting bonus
- Relocation assistance up to $14,000
- Benefits and malpractice paid by the group ### Position Highlights
- BC/BE Emergency Medicine trained candidates only
- 16 eight-hour shifts per month (currently 14 day shifts / 2 night shifts)
- Group has 4 Nocturnists
- NPs and PAs also employed by the group
- Full partnership after year 2
- 100% democratic group structure
