Emergency Medicine Locum Opportunity – Manchester, NH

We are seeking Board-Certified Emergency Medicine physicians for an ongoing PRN locum opportunity in Manchester, New Hampshire. This is a new Emergency Medicine program offering flexible scheduling with both day and night shifts available.

Position Highlights

• ASAP/Ongoing start
• Ongoing PRN coverage
• 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts
• Day shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• No call required
• Flexible scheduling with the ability to pick up available shifts
• Temporary privileges available

Important: Providers must be willing to work both day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays. The only exception is for dedicated night-shift providers.

Orientation

• One day of EMR training
• One to two shadow shifts (may be waived for providers already familiar with Allscripts EMR)

Facility Overview

• New Emergency Medicine program
• Approximately 80 ED visits per day
• Level III Trauma Center
• Allscripts EMR
• 27 hours of APP coverage daily
• Collaborative Emergency Medicine team

Clinical Environment

• Community Emergency Department with a broad range of emergency presentations
• Strong APP support
• Ongoing coverage needs with flexible PRN scheduling

Requirements

• Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
• APPs considered with a minimum of one year of Emergency Medicine experience
• Case logs required during credentialing
• Temporary privileges available for qualified providers
