Work Dates Needed: Ongoing, 6+ shifts a month
Preferred Schedule: 7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am
Worksite Setting: Emergency Room
Scope of Work: Emergency medicine
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active LA state medical licenses or IMLC, BC, active DEA for the state of application and CSR (if required by state) , EM/FM/IM, Merit Badge Requirements ACLS, ATLS, PALS required if not EM trained
EMR: EPIC
