Job Details:
Must be BCEM boarded or have previous HCA experienceBoard certification in Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Emergency Medicine (IM/FP/ABEM) required
Minimum 2 years of emergency department experience required if not ABEM certified
12-hour shifts available covering both AM and PM coverage
Single provider coverage at freestanding emergency department location
Freestanding ED features 12 bays serving low to mid acuity patients
Patient volume of 2 to 2.5 patients per hour at peak volumes
ED admission rate of approximately 8-10% at freestanding location and 30% at main facility
Case logs required to demonstrate procedural proficiencies
Duration of need is 6 to 12 months to start
1 to 5 positions available
