Dallas Facility: 6a-2p 2p-10p 10p-6a shifts, Level 4 Trauma, 22 ED beds, 70 hospital beds, $300/ hr
Pittsburg Facility with 8a-8p day shift, night shift, 24 hour shift times; annual patient volume is 16k.
Carthage Facility with 8a-8p day shift, 8p-8a night shift, 24 hour shift times; 10k Annual volume.
Jacksonville Facility with 7a-7p day shift, 7p-7a night shift, 24 hour shift times; 13k annual volume.
Harker Heights Facility with 7a-5p, 12p-10p, 4p-2a, 9:30p-7:30a shifts; 44k Annual volume.
Longview Facility with 6a-4p, 12p-10p, 8p-6a Sun: 6a-2p, 1p-10p, 8p-6a ; 38k annual volume
Killeen Facility with 6a-3p, 11a-9pm, 3p-12a shifts; 50k annual volume.
Pflugerville Facility with 7a-7p, 7p-7a Shifts; 15k annual volume.
Manor Facility with 7a-7p, 7p-7a Shifts; 15k annual volume.

PEDS ED in Austin with 6:30a-6:30p 6:30p - 6:30a shifts; 18k annual volume.
