- No call; no call-backs
- Hospital size: 158 beds
- ED volume: average patient census 101; annual ER admissions 2,650
- Overall census: daily billable encounters 119; daily admissions 22.4
- Patient population: Rural Tennessee; not a trauma center
- Staffing per shift: 1-2 EM physicians plus APPs; support staff includes nurses and techs
- Certifications: FM or IM with 3 years EM experience
- Emergency/temporary privileges: Possible for clean files; facility can grant temporary privileges
