Overview:
* Join an established critical care team within a closed ICU model supported by a broad range of medical and surgical specialists
* Collaborate with cardiology, neurosurgery, nephrology, trauma surgery, orthopedics, urology, gastroenterology, pulmonology, infectious disease, neurology, and additional specialties
* Dedicated 24/7 hospitalist program manages inpatient admissions and care coordination
* Overnight support provided by advanced practice providers
* Average daily census of 8-14 patients
* On-site coverage from 7 AM to 7 PM with home call overnight from 7 PM to 7 AM
* Flexible scheduling options including 7-on/7-off or 10-on/10-off models
* Full-time schedule consists of 173 shifts annually
* Fully integrated Epic EMR system for seamless care coordination
