Overview:
* Join an experienced, stable Emergency Medicine team with excellent retention and strong APP support
* Regional referral center serving approximately 175,000 people across Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota
* Annual ED volume of approximately 41,000 visits with an average daily census of 111 patients
* 30-bed Emergency Department with 4 trauma bays and Level III Trauma Center designation
* Physician coverage averages 40 hours daily with an additional 27 hours of APP coverage
* Efficient practice environment averaging 1.5-1.9 patients per hour
* Flexible scheduling managed locally with physicians able to trade shifts among themselves
* Work 12-15 ten-hour shifts per month with no call responsibilities
* Excellent subspecialty support and a dedicated 24/7 hospitalist program for adult and pediatric admissions
* Fully integrated Epic EMR system throughout the hospital and clinics
