Schedule: Flexible day, swing, and night shifts; minimum availability of 3 shifts per month; ongoing 12-month assignment
Setting: Hospital-based Emergency Department
Patient Volume: Approximately 33,500 annual visits (~91 patients per day)
EMR: Meditech
Certifications Required: ACLS, PALS, and ATLS
Required Skills: Full-scope Emergency Medicine including acute care, trauma stabilization, admissions management, and high-volume ED coverage
Board Status: Board Certified required (ABEM or ABOEM only)
Licensure: Active Arkansas license and Arkansas DEA required
Credentialing: Approximately 120 days; no expedited privileges available
Support: Strong physician, APP, and specialty backup coverage in a Level III Trauma Center
