Emergency Department Overview

• 25-bed Critical Access Hospital
• Level IV Trauma Center
• Approximately 10,000 ED visits annually
• Average daily volume of 29 patients
• 24-hour physician coverage
• 11 hours of daily APP coverage
• 24/7 in-house Hospitalist coverage
• COPPER Certified Pediatric Emergency Department
• Geriatric Emergency Department Accredited (GEDA)
• Air transport team located approximately five minutes from the hospital
• Higher-acuity trauma cases stabilized and transferred when necessary

Compensation

Hourly Rates

• $200/hour – Weekday Day Shifts
• $215/hour – Weekend Day Shifts
• $230/hour – Weekday Night Shifts
• $245/hour – Weekend Night Shifts

Additional Compensation

• $40,000 Retention Bonus
• $14,000 Annual Quality and Good Citizenship Bonus
