Physician - Emergency Medicine
Job Details:
Level IV Trauma, low volume emergency department12-hour shifts with start times at 7:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 7:00 PM
No 24-hour shifts
Annual patient volume of approximately 25,000
Daily staffing mix includes 36 hours of physician coverage
Single coverage from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM with additional coverage provided by a mix of mid-level providers and physicians
Facility includes 7 treatment rooms, 2 behavioral health rooms, 2 trauma rooms, and 4 observation/admit rooms
Emergency medicine trained and board certified preferred; will accept family practice or internal medicine physicians who are ABEM certified or have extensive emergency room experience
Must hold an active Indiana Medical License, CSR, and DEA
Travel expenses covered
