* Community-based practice with an academic focus
* Practice across four emergency departments throughout central Iowa
* Annual commitment of 1,560 hours
* Shift lengths vary by site and include 8-, 9-, and 12-hour shifts
* Interest in resident education strongly encouraged
* Participate in scholarly activities and departmental initiatives
* Emergency Medicine residency program established in 2023
* Diverse practice settings including tertiary, community, and rural medicine environments
* Full complement of subspecialty support available
* Integrated Epic EMR across the health system
