Job Title: Emergency Medicine Physician
Overview:
StaffMed Health Partners is seeking highly skilled Emergency Medicine Physicians to join a leading Level II Trauma Center in Independence, MO. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to serve a busy emergency department with 65,000 annual patient visits, along with the upcoming opening of a freestanding emergency department in Fall 2025. Join a modern, patient-centered facility committed to delivering top-tier care in a dynamic community.Required Skills:
- Board certification: ABEM/AOBEM required
- Missouri medical licensure required
- Experience working in emergency medicine setting preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Education and Experience:
- Medical degree (MD or DO)
- Prior experience in a Level II trauma center or similar setting preferred
Other Requirements:
- Work schedule includes 10-hour shifts covering 60 hours daily, with additional APP coverage as specified
- Must be willing to work in a facility with a large, modern emergency department and advanced cardiovascular and orthopedic services
